Mr. Pavan Vajram is the chairman and founder of Vajram Group and heads strategy and finance in Vajram Aromatics. He has successfully launched multiple global enterprises and leads the way with insights in investment strategies and the future direction of the company.
Mr. Madhu Radhakrishna is a key member of Vajram Aromatics management team. With his authoritative knowledge and experience in essential oils, he is in charge of the mission-critical production and procurement operations.
Mr. Vamsi Krishna Another key person in Vajram Aromatics team who manages the important role of international marketing, business development and global account management. His experience and exposure in developing and managing global accounts helps the company to achieve its vision of becoming a global entity.
Mr. Pavan Vajram – Chairman
Pavan is a technocrat with more than two decades experience with a distinguished track record in identifying business opportunities, building and managing high growth organization in Technology & Realty industry. Since 2009, Pavan has dedicated himself to heading the Vajram Group’s successful foray into real estate in India catering to residential, commercial and hospitality segments. Prior to heading the Vajram Group, He co-founded TechForce , an integrated chip design company. This was later merged with Smartplay Inc and was recognized as one of the leading design services company with more than 800 employees worldwide. Prior to founding TechForce, Pavan cofounded Marfic Technologies & SLN Technologies and worked with many technology companies based in San Jose, CA. He holds a MBA in International Business.
Mr. Madhu Radhakrishna – Director Operations
Madhu is a nature lover and is passionate about aromas, nature and betterment of agricultural communities. He has more than a decade of experience in the farming and extraction of Essential Oils.
His passion for agriculture and community development has created a strong network within farming communities thus ensuring steady and consistent supply chains. He possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Pure Sciences
Mr. Vamsi Krishna – Director Marketing & Sales
Vamsi is a pragmatic global entrepreneur with a passion for creating innovative marketing solutions. He spent the last 14 years in Consulting, Marketing and International Business Development within the Asia Pacific Region. Based out of Singapore, in 2007, Vamsi co-founded a system integration services company which was a business partner of a Siemens group company and had clients spread across the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to that, he worked for a German multinational and successfully headed International Business Development in the Asia Pacific Region. He also spent quality time in leading projects in the South American region. He holds a MBA in General Management from the University of Adelaide.
Mr. Pramod Sarathy – Procurement Manager
Pramod is an energetic person who loves to address everything with a hands-on approach. He supervises multiple farms and has a complete knowledge on production and control of the supply chain thereby making him a key asset in production and procurement for the organisation.
With a good experience in the banking industry, customer acquisition and maintaining good relations with customers comes naturally to him. He holds a MBA from Manipal Academy.
